Post Objectives:
This post will assist the management of the customer services centre. To promote customer service by building relationships with internal and external customers. To assist in delivery of the marketing requirements of the business.

Duties:
Prime responsibility for dealing with and responding to incoming enquiries via phone and website, requesting information on commercial properties as well as customer care calls to new customers. To promote customer service, building relationships with current and prospective clients.
Collate and analyse the feedback and contribute headline statistics to the Management report periodically, identifying areas for attention and improvement.
Responsible for the input and maintenance of the marketing database ensuring it is updated regularly with hew instructions, under offer details and any amendments and prospective customer requirements.
Post Specific Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
Essential
A good general education to GCSE standard
Strong communication skills
Computer literate
Desirable
Telemarketing experience
Customer service experience and*or training
An understanding of the sales environment and the basic marketing mix
